If you're program files says x86 beside it, it means you have a 64 bit computer, and you probably have 64bit ACT. ACT is working and the rainbow mage overlay was working, but the overlay only showed "no data found." If I minimized ffxiv ACT had parsing there in the window. The plug in overlay just was not showing the information.
